What does it take? It
takes a few lifestyle
changes. First and foremost, you’ve
got to make
the
decision to JUST DO IT! DECIDE to
LOSE
WEIGHT! Once you choose to do
it, you’re
on your way!

What kind of lifestyle
changes am I talking about? You need to
change your diet, and you need to
exercise!
Change
your diet:
This is one of the biggest
changes that you need to make if you really
want to lose weight and work towards a flat
stomach with 6 pack abs.
Eliminate junk
food.
Eliminate junk drinks
(ie: sodas, some brands of fruit juices,
designer label coffee
drinks).
Eat smaller, healthier meals
throughout the day along with healthier snacks
in between the meals. Weight loss is
easier with 5 -6 small meals throughout the
day.
Drink lots and lots of
water!
Cardio
Exercise:
Cardio exercise is very
important to get rid of the layer of fat
covering those ab muscles and getting a
flat
stomach.
Try jogging, running, biking,
aerobics, rollerblading – try any exercise that gets
your heart rate going and actually makes you
sweat. Pick something that you think you
would enjoy and try it! The more you
enjoy it, the easier it becomes, and the more
committed you will be to
continue.
Incorporate the cardio into
your work out schedule: 4 – 5 days a
week, for approximately 45 minutes each
time.
Abdominal
Exercise:
Abdominal exercises will also
help sculpt and tone your abs, but these
exercises alone will not give you
those six pack
abs. You need to do
cardio to burn fat, you need to lose the layer
of fat covering your
abdominals.
Remember that you are not
going to see results overnight. Give
yourself at least 90 days to see some results,
and you must commit to eating healthfully and
exercising. You WILL see results if you
persevere! The only way that you will
fail is if you give up too quickly. Once
you notice some results, no matter how small
these results are, you will get that extra
inspiration to keep going.
